Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion controls.
• Assist with daily prep work including chopping, slicing, and labeling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Ensure proper rotation of food products (FIFO).
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Support banquet and catering functions as needed.
• Communicate shortages or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
