Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and presentation specifications
• Set up station according to guidelines and maintain cleanliness throughout shift
• Restock items as needed and monitor portion controls
• Operate and maintain equipment safely; adjust ovens and kettles as required
• Carve, plate and garnish dishes to fill orders
