Job summary

Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH, part of Troon, invites applications for a part-time Banquet/Line Cook for a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months.

You will work 7am-4pm, 5 days a week, at $18.00–$22.00 per hour, performing food prep, rotation, and sanitation, with opportunities to learn and grow within a global hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior cook or food production experience.
• Certified culinary training is a plus.
• Regular attendance required.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needs.
• Wrap, date, and rotate food items.
• Utilize whole food products eliminating any waste.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Alert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner.
• Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production.
• Ensure proper storage of food items.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.

Description

Manchester Country Club, located in Bedford, NH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Banquet/Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

Part-time, Seasonal role. Hours: 7am-4pm, 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needs
• Wrap, date, and rotate food items
• Utilize whole food products eliminating any waste
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
• Alert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

Regularly works in extreme heat (non-weather) and under pressure with organization and timing
