Job summary

Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Banquet Server to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality. You will deliver superior food and beverage service for banquet events and à la carte dining, assist with set-up and breakdown, and liaise with clients to accommodate substitutions or special requests.

Requirements include 1 year of F&B experience, knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws, and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays; offers

• Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests
• Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Must have 1 years of related experience in F&B
• Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
• Must have food and beverage/ a la carte and banquet experience
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have strong service orientation
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
