Job summary

Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH, part of Troon, invites applications for a part-time Banquet/Line Cook for a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months.

You will work 7am-4pm, 5 days a week, at $18.00–$22.00 per hour, performing food prep, rotation, and sanitation, with opportunities to learn and grow within a global hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior cook or food production experience.
• Certified culinary training is a plus.
• Regular attendance required.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needs.
• Wrap, date, and rotate food items.
• Utilize whole food products eliminating any waste.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Alert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner.
• Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production.
• Ensure proper storage of food items.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
