Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in banquets, catering, or restaurant service required.
• Prior lead server or team lead experience preferred.
• TIPS Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events.
• Serve as the on-the-floor point of contact for banquet staff during events.
• Ensure all event spaces are prepared according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Provide clear direction and support to servers, bartenders, and setup crew.
• Monitor event timelines and communicate any delays or changes to relevant staff.
• Greet and interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the event.
