Responsibilities

• Hands-on execution of events with the team.
• Interact with Event Captains and Event Manager for service excellence.
• Set up and tear down per BEO and requirements.
• Provide excellent service to all hotel/restaurant guests.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and clear tables as needed.
• Follow service steps for each event type.
• Demonstrate knowledge of B&C procedures and terminology.
• Know ingredients for served items and available functions.
• Be aware of 21c Museum Hotels hours, features, and services.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude in all situations.
• Work in teams for large events and solo for smaller meetings.
