Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and participate in event set-up including tables, chairs, buffet, and bar areas.
• Assist Banquet Manager with scheduling, timekeeping, and staff development.
• Read BEOs, coordinate service flow, and ensure timely, high‑quality service.
• Assign service stations and oversee post-event cleanup and storage.
