Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, OH is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead banquet setup and service for events. You will manage a team of banquet staff, coordinate with the Banquet Manager, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server is required.
• Schedule flexibility to meet business demands.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise banquet setup, including tables, chairs, and stations.
• Assist Banquet Manager with scheduling and training.
• Read and interpret BEOs and follow Banquet Manager directions.
• Lead pre/post meal briefings and coordinate service timing.
• Ensure cleanup and proper storage after events.
• Serve food and beverages and manage guest interactions.
