Qualifications

• Previous server experience is required.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and participate in banquet setup including tables, chairs, buffet, and stations.
• Assist Banquet Manager with scheduling, time clock reviews, overtime, performance, and training.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and follow Banquet Manager instructions.
• Lead departmental meetings such as pre- and post-meal briefings.
• Be the point of contact for event details and ensure timing and service standards.
• Assign service stations and ensure proper cleanup after functions.
