Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Kentucky is seeking a Banquet Captain to oversee event and meeting guests, lead a team of banquet set-up and servers, and ensure timely service. You will read BEOs and coordinate service with the Banquet Manager to maintain high standards during all events.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience required.
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet set-up and supervise servers across events.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders and follow directions.
• Coordinate service timing and station assignments to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee cleanup and ensure equipment and spaces are properly reset.
