Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead and oversee the food and beverage service at banquet events, delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests. You’ll supervise service, coordinate with teams, and drive smooth event execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with a warm, upbeat service mindset during all interactions
• Supervise banquet service and monitor guest satisfaction throughout events
• Assist with planning, organizing and executing various banquet functions
• Lead or participate in department meetings to ensure team readiness for banquet operations
• Process banquet billing accurately and handle payments smoothly
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
