This full-time position oversees planning, coordination and execution of catered events on campus, including working directly with clients to plan events and coordinating on-campus services for external groups. The role supervises and trains student staff, oversees set-up, service and cleanup, and maintains catering

Qualifications

• Three years of front-of-house hospitality experience, preferably in catering or event planning.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it within six months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute catered events on campus.
• Work with clients to plan events and coordinate on-campus services for external groups.
• Oversee set-up, service and cleanup of catered events and manage daily catering operations.
• Supervise and train student staff, manage ordering and inventory; travel between campuses as needed.
