UTMB Health in Galveston, TX invites applications for University Events Catering Coordinator to plan and execute catered events across UTMB campuses. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related food service experience, plus a valid Texas driver's license and Safe Driving training.

You will lead event teams, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery and quality presentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of related food service experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license and Safe Driving training.
• Healthcare or academic setting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of CaterTrax

Responsabilidades

• Manage, plan, and execute all UTMB catered events across campuses.
• Supervise personnel and temp staff for each event.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely pickup and delivery to multiple locations.
• Order and deliver floor stocks and supplies for campus facilities.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and presentation per policy.
• Oversee event setup, service, and cleanup at multiple locations.
