Meadowbrook Corporation is seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members to support banquet kitchen operations on a part-time basis. Shifts cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

You will help ensure smooth event execution through organized, efficient kitchen support. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong attention to cleanliness and food safety, with opportunities to grow kitchen and hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and stay organized in a busy setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move items as needed for kitchen operations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed.

• Assist with basic food preparation as directed by kitchen leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Support banquet service by preparing trays, restocking supplies, and ensuring items are ready on time.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and small equipment as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing deliveries in accordance with kitchen procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members to help ensure accurate and timely event execution.
• Perform additional support tasks as assigned to meet operational needs.
