Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience required; banquet or event service experience preferred.
• Education/experience should support professional guest service in banquet settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and function spaces according to event orders and service standards.
• Drape tables, set silverware, fold napkins, and arrange centerpieces.
• Prepare service stations and ensure readiness for meal service.
• Assist in preparing beverages and service materials prior to events.
• Serve food and beverages using appropriate service style (plated, buffet, or passed service).
• Carry trays and deliver items efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service throughout events.
• Clear tables, remove dirty linens, and break down banquet rooms after events.
• Communicate effectively with banquet captain, team members, and kitchen staff.
