Job summary

Terrible Herbst Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Group Dining Manager to oversee the banquet space, large group sales, and assist on the restaurant side as acting restaurant manager.

You will lead a high-volume FOH team, maintain SOPs, and drive gaming, beverage, and food sales while ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires 3–5 years of F&B management, strong leadership, and knowledge of gaming operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of F&B management experience in high volume setting.
• Open availability; must work all shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Working knowledge of general gaming tavern operations, personnel management, food and beverage planning.
• Proficiency with Profit and Loss Statements preferred.
• Ability to manage operating costs in budgets.
• Familiarity with Konami Gaming, restaurant management software and POS.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain food handler’s certification card, TAM and Non-Gaming Card.
• Must possess computer literacy skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Coaching and developing others.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gaming, high-volume restaurant, and banquet operations.
• Implement and uphold SOPs and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Coordinate events, including single day full venue buyouts.
• Communicate BEOs to GM and Executive Chef for successful events.
• Meet with clients for site-visits and relationship building.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and GM on menus for large groups.
• Build brand visibility by visiting local businesses and hotels.
• Supervise FOH team and assist with service, beverage prep, menus, and guest experience.
• Manage fiscal budget and meet budget goals.
• Maintain guests experience with high standards and accuracy.
