Job summary

Terrible Herbst Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Group Dining Manager to lead banquet and large-group sales while supporting the restaurant side as needed. This role drives guest experience, oversees pricing and beverage and food costs, and mentors an hourly team to uphold service standards.

The candidate will manage operations across gaming-tavern settings, coordinate with the Executive Chef and GM, maintain compliance, and build relationships with clients to grow business and event bookings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of F&B management in high-volume settings.
• Open availability for all shifts, holidays, weekends.
• Knowledge of gaming tavern operations, purchasing, inventory, and health codes.
• Experience with P&L statements and budget management.
• Familiarity with Konami Gaming and POS systems.
• Honesty and integrity in and out of the workplace.
• Ability to obtain food handler, TAM, and Non-Gaming cards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gaming, restaurant, and banquet operations.
• Implement SOPs and Banquet Event Orders.
• Plan and coordinate events including full-venue buyouts.
• Communicate BEOs to GM and Executive Chef.
• Meet clients for site visits and relationship building.
• Work with Chef/GM on menus for large groups.
• Build brand visibility with local businesses.
• Manage FOH team and budgets.
• Ensure health, gaming, TAM compliance.
• Coach and develop team; maintain guest satisfaction.
