Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Food & Beverage Banquet Supervisor in Denver to oversee Banquet, Restaurant, and Bar operations in line with hotel and brand standards. The role focuses on efficient service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, manage costs, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across events and dining services. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food and beverage operations or a supervisory role.
• 3+ years in a banquet setting.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws.
• Proven ability to lead a team, including training and performance management.
• Excellent customer service and guest satisfaction focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates with front office and housekeeping.

• Supervises Banquet, Restaurant, and Bar operations to meet standards.
