Job summary

Kessler Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District in Savannah, GA. The role oversees all F&B, kitchen and back-of-house operations, ensuring profitability and high-quality service.

The position requires 3+ years in a hotel F&B environment or a relevant degree with experience, and proficiency with standard office software. Long hours and training duties are expected to support guest satisfaction and department goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and manage all F&B operations, ensuring high quality products and service levels.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Participate in F&B budgeting, forecasting and monitor department performance against budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations and liquor laws.
• Attend and conduct required meetings and trainings and maintain SOP compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field

2-year college degree + 4+ years related experience
