Job summary

The JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District, part of Kessler Hotels, is seeking a Room Service Server to receive, prepare, and deliver guest orders with attentiveness and courtesy. You will stock, set up, and deliver amenities while maintaining superior service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You must be able to communicate effectively, multi-task across responsibilities, and uphold Highgate-inspired service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain regular attendance and high personal appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone according to standards.
• Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S system.
• Deliver orders according to established standards.
• Prepare and deliver amenities. Replenish as needed.
• Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Handle guest’s complaints and communicate to management.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
