Job summary

Market Street Grill is seeking a Catering Banquet Attendant (PRN/Part Time) to support the Banquet Coordinator and help create memorable guest experiences. You will prepare event and buffet spaces, serve guests with a smile, and uphold presentation and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include event setup, guest service, and proper closeout. Must follow safety procedures, stay during flexible hours, and have a current alcohol server permit when beverage service is required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must follow food-safety, sanitation, and safe-handling procedures.
• Clear, courteous communication with guests and co-workers.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and ensure banquet areas are ready per the Banquet Event Order.
• Provide attentive, discreet guest service and take beverage orders as needed.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and presentation; assist with cleanup and closeout.
