Qualifications

• At least one year customer service experience required.
• At least six months food & beverage experience required.
• Banquet or catering experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with setup, break down, and clearing of restaurant and private events tables and chairs.
• Assist with setting banquet tables for full service meals and help prepare for tear-down.
• Maintain organization of linen and stations; deliver dirty dishware to kitchen for washing.
• Support service of guests with water, beverages, and food items; replenish as necessary.
• Transport service materials to banquet/function rooms and storage.
• Work with Managers, Chefs, and Captains to ensure efficient operations.
