Qualifications

• At least one year customer service experience required.
• At least six months food & beverage experience required.
• Banquet or catering experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assists servers with setup, break down, and clearing of restaurant and private events tables, chairs, furniture, equipment, and other service items.
• Assist management with setting, decoration and tear-down of buffets and coffee breaks and satellite bar station.
• Set banquet tables for full-service meals and promptly clear dirty settings for teardown.
• Maintain organization of linen and bins, and prep for storage and removal.
• Deliver carts of dirty plateware/flatware/glasses to kitchen for washing.
• Ensure stock and cleanliness of stations for meals with necessary equipment.
