Job summary

Riverside Casino in Council Bluffs, IA, is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead front-of-house operations for banquets, ensuring exceptional food and beverage service and guest satisfaction. You will supervise Supervisors, Captains, Servers and House Persons to meet event objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple banquet functions and events simultaneously.

• Hire and develop banquet FOH staff and coach team performance.
• Lead banquet supervisors, captains, servers, and house persons.
