Job summary

Riverside-Casino- is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional food and beverage service for all banquet events.

The role requires managing a diverse FOH team, maintaining service standards, budgeting, scheduling, and staff development, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Relocation assistance is available and the position is full-time in Davenport, IA.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification or equivalent required or ability to obtain.
• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent; 3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive Banquet knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations for the Banquet Department, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Lead a team of Banquet Supervisors, Captains, Servers and House Persons to meet guest needs.
• Manage scheduling and payroll for the FOH team, forecast financial goals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Hire and develop all levels of banquet FOH staff, provide evaluations and development plans.
