Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Iowa is seeking a team member to serve guests in banquets and to set up and breakdown events, ensuring all fixtures, glassware and tableware are ready and neatly arranged.

The role includes cleaning and securing banquet equipment, serving multiple guests, fulfilling food and beverage requests, and planning and completing work on schedule. You will take initiative, show ownership, and respond to coaching from supervisors to continually elevate guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for set-up and breakdown of all banquet functions to include fixtures, accessories, glassware, tableware and other supplies.
• Clean-up and secure banquet equipment.
• Able to serve many guests.
• Responsible for fulfilling customer requests for food, beverages, etc.
• Plans, organizes and completes work timely.
• Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
• Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
