Job summary

Riverside-Casino- in Muscatine, IA seeks a Banquet Manager to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring top-quality food and beverage service while engaging guests professionally. You will supervise Banquet Supervisors, Captains, Servers and House Persons to deliver efficient, guest-centric events and drive team development.

Required: ServSafe or equivalent, associate degree or 3–4 years in banquet management, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; 3-4 years related experience and/or training.
• ServSafe certified or equivalent required or ability to obtain.
• Extensive Banquet knowledge is a preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task planning and forecast skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations for the Banquet Department, ensuring product and service quality.
• Manage scheduling and payroll for FOH, including forecasting and financial goals.
• Hire and develop Banquet FOH staff and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Iowa health regulations and internal controls.
