Responsibilities

• Arrange equipment for guest functions and ensure accuracy before staff arrives for room setup.
• Assist Banquet staff in room setup; ensure guest tables, buffet tables and equipment are correctly set up.
• Schedule staff for pre-meal assignments and function stations; relay special instructions.
• Inspect food for quality and presentation and communicate changes to kitchen staff.
