Job summary

The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village, part of Remington Hotels, is seeking a Part-time Banquet Leader to guide and train our banquet team. You will supervise events, coordinate schedules, and ensure top guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior banquet leadership experience required.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and train all banquet associates in how to perform their job duties.
• Schedule, evaluate and coach banquet associates, provide counseling when needed.
• Ensure appropriate inventory of supplies and materials needed for associates to perform their jobs, including glass, china, silver, A/V equipment, etc.
• Establish, direct and review alcohol/beverage procedures to ensure adequate security and accountability.
