Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year banquet houseperson experience required
• Micros knowledge is a plus
• Great Customer skills, great Team player, Able to lift up to 30 LBS. able to stand for long periods
• Open availability, flexible with moving around within multiple properties
• Must be RBS, and Food Handlers certified
• Must be able to lift heavy furniture. Available to work early morning and long hours
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace (English)

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, refresh, and breakdown of banquet spaces and equipment.
• Keep banquet areas clean, organized, and maintained.
• Assist with clearing linens, glassware, china, and silverware.
• Coordinate with Banquet Manager on setup requirements.
• Move, arrange, and store furniture and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
