Job summary

Castaway in Burbank, CA is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to lead our Special Events team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As the welcoming face of the events staff, you will supervise banquet servers, coordinate with planners and the kitchen, and ensure flawless setup, service, and teardown of each event in a fast-paced, high-end setting.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as banquet captain or similar in a high-end setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
