Job summary

101 - Canopy by Hilton is seeking a Banquet Captain to supervise and assist with the setup, service and cleanup of all banquet functions. You will ensure banquet set-ups align with the Banquet Event Order and maintain high guest service standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Alcohol Awareness Certification as per state regulations. A varied schedule including evenings and weekends is possible.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with set-up, service, and clean-up of banquet functions.
• Inspect banquet set-ups against the Banquet Event Order.
• Assist with other duties as requested by management.
