LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Banquet Server to provide food and beverage service for banquet and arena events within the Catering Department. You will work with a team to ensure exceptional guest service at each function and support setup, service, and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the food service industry.
• One plus years of wait staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service for banquet and arena functions.
• Read and follow Catering/Osceola Banquet Training Guide.
• Obtain Safe Staff training within 90 days.
• Set up and organize catered events.
• Serve food and beverage at events; provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies including alcohol and uniform.
• Assist with break down and cleanup of catered event.
• Maintain banquet equipment cleanliness.
• Hands-on with all aspects of the Banquet Server duties.
