The position focuses on keeping storage rooms organized, setting up meeting rooms to guest specifications, transporting equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of food and beverage service, table settings, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Familiarity with equipment and set up styles for meetings (e.g., round or schoolroom).
• Basic English to understand inquiries and give simple instructions.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment such as a coffee maker.

Responsabilités

• Keep storage rooms organized and maintained.
• Break down/set up meeting rooms per guest specifications; transport heavy items.
• Assist with linen pickup and return to storage.
• Supply meeting rooms with clean glasses and water; replenish as needed.
• Follow supervisor guidance, health standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist other banquet personnel when needed; perform general cleaning tasks.
