Job summary

Marriott International is seeking On-Call Banquet Servers at The Westin Mount Laurel in New Jersey. You will set up banquet rooms, greet guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure smooth service during high-pressure events. Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Banquet serving experience preferred
• Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move heavy service ware.

Responsibilities

• Gather supplies and set up banquet room per Banquet Event Order.
• Attend stand up meetings to learn function details.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food and beverages as directed by Banquet Captain.
• Bus dishes promptly and reset banquet rooms after events.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Prepare rooms for the next function and line out supplies.
