Concord Hospitality seeks a Banquet Set-Up Associate to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events at our on-site hotel locations. You will assist with setup and teardown, ensure guest needs are met during events, and keep public areas clean and presentable throughout functions.

Qualifications

• Full mobility to perform venue setup and breakdown.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, store furnishings when not in use, report repairs
