Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley, California is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to manage meeting room setups, breaks, and configurations, ensuring guest groups receive flawless service.

You will review Event Orders, stock and reset meeting spaces, complete cleaning inspections, and coordinate with F&B and other departments to exceed expectations; hourly pay with gratuities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Flexible; must work varied shifts including Weekday Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly and energetic; capable of delivering a fun and friendly environment in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• People person who can multi-task while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review Event Order and assignment sheet to determine function requirements.
• Stock, set up, and maintain meeting rooms to exceed guest expectations.
• Complete cleaning inspection for each meeting room and assigned area.
• Communicate guest request changes to an F&B Manager.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest service.
