Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley, California is seeking a Staff Accountant to audit daily POS transactions and support HOA/PM systems. You will generate statements, manage payments to clients, and provide essential accounting support to the department.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work with multiple systems under tight deadlines. Hospitality experience is a plus, and full-time, on-site employment is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit daily POS postings for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify postings and adjustments for proper authorization and coding.
• Print, verify and distribute daily revenue reports.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Record payments and issue owner statements for HOA systems.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
