CoralTree Hospitality Group's Everline Resort & Spa in California's Olympic Valley is seeking an attentive events teammate to excel in meeting setup, break downs, and configurations for client events. The role emphasizes precise room stock, cleanliness, and seamless service delivery to groups.

Join a team that values guest experience and cross-department collaboration. Expected duties include reviewing Event Order, maintaining meeting spaces, and communicating guest changes to the F&B Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Flexible. Must be able to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly. Must be able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during guest exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Review the Event Order and assignment sheet to determine function requirements.
• Stock, set, and maintain meeting rooms to exceed guest expectations.
• Complete cleaning inspections for each meeting room and assigned area.
• Report guest request changes to the F&B Manager to ensure quality service.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
