Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley, CA, seeks a detail-oriented meeting services teammate to ensure flawless event setup, break downs, and room configurations for group functions. You will review event orders, prepare meeting spaces, and coordinate with F&B and operations to surpass guest expectations.

The role is full-time, on-site, with an hourly wage of $18 plus gratuities, and a benefits package including ski pass discounts, dining and spa discounts, free rental gear, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review the Event Order and assignment sheet to determine function requirements.
• Stock, set up, and maintain meeting rooms to ensure events exceed guest expectations.
• Complete cleaning inspections for meeting rooms and assigned areas.
• Report guest request changes to the F&B Manager to ensure quality communication.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest service.

Responsibilities

• With a keen eye for detail, review the Event Order and assignment sheet to determine function requirements.
• With a warm and genuine demeanor set, stock, and maintain meeting rooms ensuring the event for our groups exceeds their expectations.
• Meticulously complete cleaning inspection for each meeting room and assigned area.
• Ensure quality communication by reporting any and all guest request changes to an F&B Manager.
• Jump in and assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

• Flexible. Must be able to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly. Must be able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange. Energetic. Must be able to work within an empowered and fast paced environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant.
