Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Banquet Captain to oversee daily F&B operations across multiple venues in El Paso, ensuring service excellence, safety, and smooth event execution. You will supervise bartending, catering, and concessions teams from setup through breakdown, maintaining top guest experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in banquets, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is essential to support events across venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (5) years of banquets set up experience in large/high volume venue.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and operate related equipment.
• Ability to work non-traditional shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiar with MS Office and ability to learn venue databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct staff during all event phases, ensuring accurate execution of event requirements.
• Oversee setup, service, and closing procedures for assigned areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Train, support, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Organize and maintain storage areas and perform inventory at month-end.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible service regulations.
