Job summary

Legends GLOBAL in El Paso, Texas, seeks a Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations for banquets, catering, concessions, and events at the Convention Center. You will supervise hourly cooks, coordinate with chefs and departments, and ensure on-time delivery with strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in high-volume production, and the ability to adapt to changing event schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read and execute BEOs, recipes, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct hourly culinary staff during prep, service, and breakdown.
• Review BEOs, menus, and schedules to ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and departments regarding event requirements.
• Maintain food safety, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Monitor temperatures, logs, and labeling for quality control.
• Assist with inventory, requisitions, and cost controls.
