Job summary

Destination El Paso, proudly managed by Legends Global, is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead banquet operations across multiple venues in El Paso. You will oversee setup, service, and teardown, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

You will train and supervise bartending, catering, and concessions teams, manage storage areas, and prepare end-of-month inventory reports, coordinating with operations for conventions and special events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of banquets set up experience in large/high volume venue.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Food & Beverage, including bartending, catering, and concessions.
• Supervise staff during setup, service, and breakdown, maintaining guest service standards.
• Train, support, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service.
