OTH Hotels Resorts in Maryland is seeking a Banquet Staff member to deliver high quality food and beverage service for events. You will assist with setup, service, and post-event cleanup while upholding standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, carry trays, and adapt to various service styles. Training provided; non-exempt hourly position with opportunities for growth within the Banquet department.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience required; banquet or event service experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Event Setup & Preparation: Set up banquet rooms and function spaces according to event orders and service standards.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages using appropriate service style (plated, buffet, or passed service).
• Guest Service & Experience: Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout events.
• Event Breakdown & Cleanup: Clear tables, remove dirty linens, and restore spaces after events.
• Team Support & Communication: Communicate effectively with banquet captain, team members, and kitchen staff.
• Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies.
