Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience; banquet or event service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms per event orders and service standards.
• Serve food and beverages using plated, buffet, or passed service.
• Carry trays and deliver items while maintaining presentation standards.
• Adapt service style based on meal period (continental breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service throughout events.
• Clear tables, remove linens, and reset spaces during service.
• Communicate effectively with banquet captain, team members, and kitchen staff; attend pre-shift meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies; maintain clean work areas.
