Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is hiring a Banquet Houseperson to handle setup and breakdown for all banquet functions and meeting spaces. You will prepare room layouts, arrange furniture, linens, and equipment per the BEO, and coordinate with banquet staff to ensure smooth events.

The role requires lifting up to 100 pounds, working nights/weekends/holidays, and obtaining a valid gaming license. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and prior banquet experience is valued.

Qualificações

• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 100 pounds.
• Must work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain a state gaming license.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the set-up of all banquet meeting rooms and banquet food and beverage functions.
• Includes buffets, plated table settings, AV equipment, dance floor, staging, pipe and drape, tables, chairs, linen and related items per the BEO or as instructed by the manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet facilities and meeting space with assistance from banquet staff and other departments as needed.
• Transport dirty linens to the correct area to be cleaned and restock linen shelves with clean linens.
