Four Points By Sheraton Seattle Airport South is seeking a Hotel Banquet Cook to help provide exceptional dining experiences for weddings, meetings, and events. You will collaborate with the culinary and banquet teams to prepare high-quality food that meets our standards.

The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and values teamwork, attention to detail, and food safety.

Qualifications

• Hotel/banquet/restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and culinary excellence.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food for banquets, meetings, weddings and other catered events.
• Assist with banquet food preparation, including appetizers, entrées, sides, sauces, and other menu items.
• Ensure food is prepared, portioned, presented, and held at the proper temperature.
• Work with Banquet and Culinary Teams to meet event timelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory, prep lists, and minimizing food waste.
