Job summary

Four Points By Sheraton Seattle Airport South is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead daily engineering and maintenance operations with the Chief Engineer. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on coordinating preventive maintenance, responding to requests, and ensuring rooms, public areas, and systems meet high standards.

The ideal candidate will have maintenance or facilities experience, supervisory skills, and a solid background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or facilities, hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and PTAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering and maintenance team members.
• Assist Chief Engineer with daily assignments, scheduling, and maintenance requests.
• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Respond to guest room and public‑area work orders and service calls promptly.
• Troubleshoot building systems and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
• Train, coach, and develop engineering staff.
