Rise Uptown Hotel is seeking a Banquet Cook for Riverwoods Conference Center in Logan, Utah. The role is available as either part-time or full-time and involves banquet cooking for events at Cache Valley's largest conference venue.

The candidate will prepare items per recipes, supervise Line Cooks, and ensure clean, organized production areas. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook in a hotel/resort or restaurant is required.
• Ability to work all stations on the line and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Direct, train, and monitor performance of Line Cooks; maintain sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Plan production and prep, assign tasks to Line Cooks, and review priorities.
• Communicate changes to assignments during the shift.
• Set up workstation with mise en place and breakdown at end of shift.
• Inform Sous Chef of supplies to requisition for daily tasks.
